IntBot, a California-based AI company building social intelligence for embodied systems, and Singapore's Certis Group have entered a partnership to scale humanoid robot deployments across Singapore's public and enterprise infrastructure. The agreement focuses on concierge and service-assistance applications in high-traffic environments including transit, hospitality, healthcare, and retail.

The technical foundation is IntBot's General Social Intelligence layer — multimodal AI that enables robots to engage people beyond scripted workflows. Certis will shape operational requirements, deployment workflows, and integration into live mission-critical environments. Initial use cases include wayfinding, multilingual visitor assistance, and frontline support for human teams.

Certis operates as a design partner for Singapore's Punggol Digital District robotics testbed, designated by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) as the country's first large-scale, multi-operator robotics trial in a live mixed-use public environment. The partnership positions IntBot to leverage this infrastructure for real-world validation and scale.

The collaboration reflects a shift from pilot-stage humanoids to operationally viable deployments. IntBot CEO Lei Yang framed human interaction — not task manipulation — as the decisive bottleneck for embodied AI in public spaces. Certis' role ensures that socially intelligent capabilities are matched with operational reliability, safety protocols, and integration into existing enterprise systems.

Companies are targeting initial pilot deployments in Singapore as use cases mature. The partnership signals broader enterprise adoption of Physical AI platforms capable of naturalistic human-robot interaction at scale.
